Family and Community are the foundation of everything we do at GBC. We have tried to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable. The bar is inclusive...we offer our beer, guest taps, wine, bourbon, specialty drinks and even domestics in cans. In our opinion, we can't include everyone if we don't have something for everyone, 

The owners have roots in central Ohio. Brian and Lisa Farley went to Westerville schools and raised their kids in the same school district. These high school sweethearts are Westerville. Walt and Christine found Westerville and each other a bit later in life. While they didn't grow up in Westerville...they know this is home as soon as they got here.

We started in the basement, like most breweries. Grew and opened a place in Johnstown, Ohio. There we were able to learn about the business side of brewery and learn more about what people wanted and needed. In November of 2019 we opened in Westerville. This community welcomed us with open arms and fought to keep us open during the pandemic and have helped to create who we are today.
